乳化机的基本操作流程

实验室乳化机是专为小批量生产膏霜类、蜜类、乳液乳剂类等乳化产品而设计制造的，本机造型美观、体积小、重量轻、与物料接触部分全部采用优质不锈钢（注：医用采用316L）；锅体内部各连接处均采用平滑园弧过度，锅底放料以及倾倒放料保证锅内无残料；高剪切均质头，定转子结构设计为爪式对偶咬合，物料从定转子的上部与下部同时吸入，剪切概率成倍提高，同时避免上部物料易产生死角的问题。适用于精细的乳化、高品质的分散及高效率的混合。全方位刮壁搅拌物料翻滚无死角，真正符合GMP标准。

　　基本操作及流程

　　各项准备工作完毕以后，接通电源，便可按规定要求进行工作。运转部件有主锅搅拌系统、主锅均质系统，主锅升降系统，副锅搅拌系统，真空泵系统。控制通过面板上的按钮进行，可控制照明灯的照明与熄灭，控制主锅搅拌的运转，控制主锅均质的运转，控制副锅搅拌的运转，控制真空泵的运转以及主副锅的加热。

　　①打开电源→②油水锅加料→③油水锅合盖→④油水锅加热搅拌→⑤均质锅合盖、关闭盖上其他阀门，打开抽真空阀门进行抽真空（吸料）→⑥均质锅加热（温度可调）→⑦均质搅拌乳化贯差物料（时间到）停止加温→⑧再打开放料阀放料→⑨（清洗后可升起锅盖倾倒排污再合盖）→⑩循环前面的工作。

　　注意事项

　　1 电源相符，并注意地线可靠接地。2 均质器轴端看为左转，每次电机接线后或长期不用重新起用时都应点动试转，确认无误时再正式让均质器运转。3 每次搅拌启动前都应点动，检查搅拌刮壁是否有异常，如有应即刻排除。4 搅拌抽真空工作前一定要检查锅是否与锅盖平贴，锅口、料口盖等是否盖严，密封可靠。5 向均质锅内冲入氮气前，应将真空表下的球阀关闭，防止真空表被打坏。6 真空泵在关机前，应先把真空系净化器上的球阀关闭。7 要打开锅盖及料口盖，一定要在锅内无真空压力时进行，如果锅内有真空压力，则应关闭净化器上的球阀（并关闭真空泵），打开锅盖上的放气阀，使锅内无真空压力。8 净化器接冷却水。9 真空泵在均质锅密封状况下方可启动运转。如有特殊需要敞通大气启动泵，运转不能超过3分钟。10 真空泵严禁无油运转。泵运行时严禁堵塞排气口。

Basic operation and process

After the completion of the preparatory work, the power supply, you can work as required. The running parts include main pot mixing system, main pot homogeneous system, main pot lifting system, auxiliary pot mixing system and vacuum pump system. Control through the button on the panel can control the lamp lighting and extinguishing, control of the main pot stirring operation, control of the main pot homogeneous operation, control of auxiliary boiler mixing operation, heating control of vacuum pump operation and the main and auxiliary boiler.

Matters needing attention

1, the power supply is consistent, and pay attention to the reliable grounding of the grounding wire. 2 see to the left end of the shaft homogenizer, each motor wiring or long-term need re hired when operating the test switch, when the confirmation will officially make homogenizer running. 3 before the start of each mixing are operating, check whether there are abnormal stirring and scraping the wall, as should be immediately excluded. 4 vacuum stirring before work must check whether the pot lid and the pot mouth, flat, the mouth is tightly sealed and reliable. 5 before homogenizing the tank with nitrogen, the ball valve under the vacuum gauge shall be closed to prevent the vacuum table from being broken. 6 vacuum pump before shutdown, should first vacuum system purifier on the ball valve closed. 7 to open the lid and cover material, must be carried out without vacuum pressure in the pot, if a pot of vacuum pressure, should close the valve on the purifier (and close the vacuum pump), open the bleeder valve on the lid, make the pot without vacuum pressure. 8. The purifier is connected with cooling water. 9 vacuum pump in the homogeneous pot sealing conditions, can start operation. If necessary, turn on the atmospheric starting pump, and the operation shall not exceed 3 minutes. 10 vacuum pumps are strictly forbidden to operate without oil. Do not plug the vent when the pump is running.
