实验室反应釜捏合机基本特征

实验室反应釜捏合机基本特征部分由缸体、浆轴、墙板、缸盖等组成。实验室反应釜液压系统由一台液压站来操纵两只小油缸和两个大油缸,来完成启闭大盖、翻动搅拌缸功能,实验室反应釜系统设计压力为7.0Mpa。

  实验室反应釜电控系统有手动、自动电控系统,由用户任意选择和要求,实验室反应釜操作方便、可靠。

  实验室反应釜传动系统由电机、减速机和齿轮组成、根据实验室反应釜捏合机型号配套电机。实验室反应釜在传动过程中,可由电机同步转速,经弹性联轴器至减速机后,由输出装置传动快浆,使其达到规定的转速,也可由变频器进行调速。


The basic features of kneading machine in laboratory reactor are made up of cylinder block, pulp shaft, wallboard and cylinder head. The transmission system of laboratory reaction vessel is composed of motor, reducer and gear. According to the type of laboratory reactor, kneading machine, motor. During the transmission process, the laboratory reaction tank can be synchronized by the motor speed. After the elastic shaft is connected to the reducer, the gear is driven by the output device so that it can reach the required speed, and also can be regulated by the frequency converter.
