实验室反应釜技术指标方面

　　1、桨叶设计（这方面很容易模仿， 各个厂家的机器无甚差别，不做展开论述）

　　桨叶的层数，根据热混机容量的大小，桨叶层数由2-4层不等。

　　桨叶的倾角，下中桨叶的倾角应取20°左右，上桨叶的两头上翘段应略大于20°，上桨叶的中间段可取为25-30°。

　　2、桨叶材料，大多数混合机桨叶采用1Cr18Ni9Ti，这种材料成本低，加工打磨方便，但是耐磨性能不尽人意。为解决磨损问题，现在已开发出高铬耐磨合金钢，其主要成份为：Cr、Ni、Nb、V，其中铬的含量为：25%，其耐磨性能为1Cr18Ni9Ti的4倍。由于金属铬的价格高达￥75000/吨，因此这种桨叶成本稍高。

　　3、主轴加工与搅拌桨叶装配精度的衡量标准：

　　径向圆跳动公差（主轴与搅拌桨叶配合的外径径向圆跳动公差）。
