　　反应釜在制造质量保证的前提下，安装过程直接影响今后该设备的使用和维修，这也是反应釜投用的前几个月出现故障频率较高的原因之一，所以要尽量从以下几个方面消除原始缺陷存在的可能。

　　2）、安装前后进行反应釜面检查，可用高频电火花发生器进行探伤，所用电压一般控制在5000V，并用60-100W安全灯照视有无脱瓷及破裂等；

　　3）、安装反应釜盖、人孔盖、接管法兰等，要求两连接面保持平行，并按对角线逐步拧紧卡子和螺栓，而且卡子和螺栓数目要按设计要求，防止工器具等磕碰搪瓷面。
