磁力反应釜设备应用须知：

    磁力反应釜设备经常应用在化工、食品等行业的生产中。成本较高，使用中消耗较大。但是由于我们在使用中有很多的不注意造成磁力反应釜的损害。那么我们在生产中要注意些什么呢？
Magnetic reaction kettle equipment is often used in the production of chemical, food and other industries. The cost is higher and the consumption is great. However, as we are in use, much attention has been paid to the damage caused by the magnetic reaction vessel. So what should we pay attention to in our production?   

 磁力反应釜搪瓷层能耐大多数无机酸、有机酸、有机溶剂等介质，尤其在盐酸、硝酸、王水等介质中具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。但不能在下列条件下使用：
    1、碱液：PH大于或等于12、温度大于100℃时，不能耐腐蚀； 
    2、硫酸：浓度10--30%,温度大于200℃时不能耐腐蚀； 
    3、盐酸：浓度10--20%,温度大于150℃时，腐蚀强烈； 
    4、磷酸：浓度30%以上、温度大于180℃时腐蚀强烈； 
    5、任何浓度及任何温度的铪都不能耐腐蚀。

With excellent corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia medium. But it cannot be used under the following conditions:

1, lye: PH greater than or equal to 12, when the temperature is greater than 100 degrees, can not be corrosion-resistant;

2, sulfuric acid: concentration of 10--30%, the temperature is greater than 200 degrees, can not be corrosion-resistant;

3 hydrochloric acid: the concentration of 10--20%, when the temperature is greater than 150 degrees, corrosion is intense;

4, phosphoric acid: concentration of 30% or more, when the temperature is greater than 180 degrees, corrosion is intense;

5, any concentration and any temperature of hafnium can not be corrosion-resistant. .
